We want your young explorers to be comfortable in every adventure, which is why we offer a 60-day return policy on all unworn gear. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we make the return process simple and stress-free.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided by the portal.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely seal the box with the new label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
